Dimity tots is held at Dimity Street Church on Monday mornings at 10-11.30am and an afternoon session from 1-2.30pm.  Its a group which is open to all children from birth to pre-school and their parents, grandparents, carers and childminders.

Dimity Tots is arranged and organised by a team of local Christians from Dimity Street Church.  Our aim is to show God's love and care to the mums, grans, carers  and young children in Johnstone.

Your child will be able to play and enjoy activities mixing with other children and learning and developing through this.  It is an opportunity to get out of the house, meet new people and talk to others with young children.  You will be able to enjoy tea, coffee and homebaking while there are plenty of toys, equipment and activities to keep the young ones occupied.

Each week there will be crafts and a singing and story time including stories from the Bible.  There will be occasional special events e.g Parties, outings etc. which will be publicised at the time.

A weekly donation of £1 per child and 50p per subsequent child in the family is collected.  This fund is used to cover the cost of special events, new toys and gifts throughout the year.

Our care and interest in young families is prompted by Jesus' example, who paid special attention to the youngsters and said "Let the little children come to me."
