Summer Holiday Club 2012 TBA
One of the highlights of the year is always our Summer Mission and
Holiday Club.
"What do we do at the club?" For the first part of the club everyone will be together in the main hall. There will be warm up activities, singing, memory verses and a special High Five Bible story. For the next part of the club the children in their groups will move around various activities and games. These include crafts, worksheets, outdoor games and bouncy castle. The last ten minutes we have a very messsy quiz, which will definately see a few leaders covered in water, eggs, beans, you name it!
"Is there anything for younger children?" There is an area for toddlers in a classroom off the dining area for you to stay with them. It is next to the dining area where you will be able to have a tea or coffee and keep and eye on the wee ones.
"Do you have any other events during this week?" There will be many events during this week including fun in the square with face painting, music, drama, puppets as well as youth night and a family evening. Details are to come, so watch this space.
